🚀 Getting Started

How do I submit my manuscript?

Simply contact us via the contact form or email. We'll send you a secure upload link and have your manuscript reviewed within 48 hours at no charge.

What genres and formats do you work with?

We work with all genres — fiction, non-fiction, memoir, children's books, poetry, academic, and business books. We support both print (paperback and hardcover) and digital (EPUB, MOBI, PDF).

Do I need to have a finished manuscript?

Yes, your manuscript should be in a near-final state before you submit. If you need writing coaching or ghostwriting, we offer those as separate services — just ask.

How long is the entire publishing process?

The Starter package takes 3–4 weeks. Professional is 5–7 weeks. Elite (including audiobook) is 10–12 weeks. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.

💰 Royalties & Rights

Do you take any percentage of my royalties?

Absolutely not. You keep 100% of every royalty payment from every platform. We charge a one-time service fee and that is it — forever.

Who owns the copyright to my book?

You do, 100%. We do not claim any ownership of your intellectual property, cover design files, formatted interiors, or any other deliverable. Everything we create for you is yours outright.

Can I publish with other publishers at the same time?

Yes, as long as you don't sign an exclusivity agreement with a retailer (like KDP Select). We publish non-exclusively to all platforms by default.

Will my book be listed under my name or your company?

Your book is published entirely under your name and your author brand. We operate behind the scenes. Readers will only see your name.

🏷️ Pricing & Payment

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For packages over $400, we offer a 50/50 payment plan: 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of your final files.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and bank transfer (SWIFT). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. ISBNs, cover source files, EPUB and PDF files — they're all included in your package price.

Do you offer discounts for series authors?

Yes. Authors on their second or subsequent books receive a 15% loyalty discount on all packages.

🌐 Distribution & Platforms

Which platforms will my book be available on?

Your book will be available on Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, IngramSpark (for bookstores), and 35+ additional international retailers.

How long until my book appears on Amazon?

Amazon KDP typically approves new titles within 24–72 hours of submission. Other platforms may take 1–2 weeks to go live.

Will my book be available in physical bookstores?

Through IngramSpark distribution, your book will be available for order by any bookstore worldwide. Physical stocking depends on the retailer's buying decisions.

Can I set my own price?

Yes. We recommend pricing strategies based on genre and market data, but you have final say over your retail price on every platform.
